Return & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any jewelry items.
  • Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and unique, and minor variations may occur.
  • We recommend thoroughly reviewing product details and images before making a purchase as all the pictures are actual representation of the products.
  • In case of any defects or damages during shipping, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • We do not provide refunds or store credit under any circumstances.

Damages and Issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos on our email - orders@wearzing.com. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.


Cancellation Process

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Refund Process

In rare cases where a refund is approved (e.g. damaged item or duplicate payment or Cancellation):

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be initiated.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
